Prior to being accepted into COA’s programs, a comprehensive evaluation will be necessary. This will ensure that you as a new member will be well prepared to afford the full medical integration process. Nonetheless, since COA’s expert coaches have been in practice for so many years, they are very well qualified, able and willing to teach and help doctors medically integrate their clinic with a very limited, affordable, and reasonable budget.

COA will assist each new member every step of the way. Finding qualified health care physicians, NP/PA’s and/or physical therapists is quite demanding and costly. COA’s adept and caring coaches will guide each member how to effectively and reasonably acquire the best match for the new integrated medical center.

COA’s expert consultant will set up a conference call to properly evaluate your current situation. Goals are set along with a time line to ensure reasonable progress. Depending on your current legal infrastructure, a health care attorney will take charge of your legal needs. Medical integration protocols are set up for the following areas: Hiring the appropriate health care professionals management of office, staff training, billing and collections and Marketing.

1. Find and hire the appropriate health care professional. 
2. Educate and set up patient flow for doctors and staff.
3. Implement new forms, charts, follow up, ancillary services, diagnostics…
4. Set up appropriate billing and coding.
5. Maximize staff’s efficiency while creating statistical reports and management procedures.
